Our current design innovation is the Rapid Deployment "Emergency-Permanent Housing" using cargo shipping containers. These units are meant to be deployed in emergency situations and designed to provide near-normal housing for families (as opposed to tents). Each unit can be installed in a few hours and can constitute permanent housing. The use of recycled shipping containers significantly reduces costs and is environment friendly.
We have been involved in various commercial and residential building projects and bridge construction in the United States, Canada and Africa . Our principal partner is a consulting engineer and has extensive engineering experience from Africa, United States and Canada. He is the inventor of the “The Heat Exchange Chamber” (Canadian patent # 2626472, a low-tech non-fossil geothermal heating and cooling system) and “Interlocking Cement-Earth Block Units” (ICEBU, patent pending: a keyed building block system made of 10% cement/90% earth that reduces construction time and costs by up to 35%.) These are results of the R&D carried out in the areas of sustainable housing technologies. We have two professional engineers, recent engineering graduates (EIT) and experienced field technical staffs in our team.
